Refund policy

Return/Refund is only available if you have critical issues with your order. Please email us at cs@breezytail.com within 30 days of your delivery. We’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders only) and details on processing a refund.

Please provide the following information to our customer service team's email at cs@breezytail.com 

  1. Name and Order number
  2. Reason for refund
  3. The name and quantity of the item to be refunded
  4. Photo (ex. defective parts or full package showing missing content)
  5. Indicate whether the product has been unsealed or opened
