Refund policy
Return/Refund is only available if you have critical issues with your order. Please email us at cs@breezytail.com within 30 days of your delivery. We’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders only) and details on processing a refund.

- Name and Order number
- Reason for refund
- The name and quantity of the item to be refunded
- Photo (ex. defective parts or full package showing missing content)
- Indicate whether the product has been unsealed or opened
