Our approach at Breezytail has always been an honest and sincere attitude. We, at Breezytail, believe in full transparency when it comes to the ingredients we put in our products. We believe our customers have a right to know everything that’s in our product.

FULL INGREDIENT DISCLOSURE

To this end, we believe all ingredients should be listed on labels and websites. As part of our “TRANSPARENCY” commitment to our customers, Breezytail discloses all the ingredients used in the products; there are no hidden ingredients – what appears on the label is exactly what is in the product.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCTS TO BE DELIVERED?

Due to Covid-19, some deliveries may take longer than the usual times shown below. The health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is our utmost priority and we have put in place measures, including a social distancing plan to protect individuals working in our distribution centers, which may slow processing.

Shipping Options:
Ground Shipping: Place your order by 3pm EST and you'll receive your order within 3-7 business days. This option is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Two Day Shipping: Place your order by 3pm EST and you'll receive your items within 2 business days.

Breezytail currently uses Fedex for Ground shipping and UPS for Two Day and Next Day shipping. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. (Monday-Friday; excluding federal holidays within the United States)

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your orders has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information on your confirmation email. The Body Shop is not responsible for carrier delivery delays.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return merchandise by e-mail.

Should you choose to return a product within 45 days of the purchase date, we will happily refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Please note that your original receipt/invoice must be included. If you have the Return Form that came with your order, please fill it out as completely as you can. If you have lost the return form, please kindly request it at customer@breezytail.com, or include the following information with your return: whether you want a return or a replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.
